Fluronix is not responsible for how customers distribute or use the trading bot software. You agree not to hold Fluronix liable for any legal or financial consequences resulting from the use or distribution of the software.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fluronix, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to the use of the trading bot software.

Note: Your API credentials are stored encrypted and are used strictly for executing trades on your behalf, with no withdrawal rights.

We do not collect sensitive financial data unless explicitly required and consented to.
